Support Programs

PHTC offers numerous programs and activities that are highlighted throughout MySPH. In addition to the external programs we offer to our stakeholders, PHTC is made possible through the following internal support programs:{snippet Closing_column_or_div}{source}[[div style="padding-top:20px;"]]{/source}{snippet Top_column_container_start}{source}[[div style=""]]{/source}{source}[[div style="float:left; width:49%;"]]{/source}{source}[[div class="content_box" style="margin-bottom:15px; min-height:185px;"]]{/source}Program Administration

Program Administration provides fiscal, administrative, and contractual management as well as oversight of PHTC operations. This includes managing post-awards, human resources, and purchasing activities.{snippet Closing_column_or_div}{source}[[div class="content_box" style="margin-bottom:15px; min-height:185px;"]]{/source}Communication

The communication and dissemination team promotes the programs, services, and activities of the Office of Public Health Practice (OPHP). The team works from a communication plan that guides activities and messages using the best methods and strategies to communicate. This plan focuses on sharing resources to many audiences in ways that are easily understood and accessible. The team uses MySPH and social media as its primary communication tools. We review and approve all of the information that goes on the website and ensure that the information is clear and relevant for all users.{snippet Closing_column_or_div}{source}[[div class="content_box" style="margin-bottom:15px; min-height:185px;"]]{/source}Informatics

The Informatics team develops and maintains technology initiatives within OPHP. It is responsible for MySPH and the associated services within the MySPH framework, including the Opportunity Manager, Virtual Campus, Workforce Assessment, and online surveys. Informatics engages external entities (including Arnold School researchers/departments and entities external to the university, such as DHEC) to develop web sites, create online surveys, and support research and collaboration with public health professionals.{snippet Closing_column_or_div}{snippet Closing_column_or_div}{source}[[div style="float:right; width:49%;"]]{/source}{source}[[div class="content_box" style="margin-bottom:15px; min-height:185px;"]]{/source}Instructional Design
