PHTC offers numerous programs and activities that are highlighted throughout MySPH. Program Administration provides fiscal, administrative, and contractual management as well as oversight of PHTC operations. The communication and dissemination team promotes the programs, services, and activities of the Office of Public Health Practice (OPHP). The team works from a communication plan that guides activities and messages using the best methods and strategies to communicate. This plan focuses on sharing resources to many audiences in ways that are easily understood and accessible. The team uses MySPH and social media as its primary communication tools. We review and approve all of the information that goes on the website and ensure that the information is clear and relevant for all users.{snippet Closing_column_or_div}{source}[[div class="content_box" style="margin-bottom:15px; min-height:185px;"]]{/source}InformaticsThe Informatics team develops and maintains technology initiatives within OPHP. It is responsible for MySPH and the associated services within the MySPH framework, including the Opportunity Manager, Virtual Campus, Workforce Assessment, and online surveys. The Instructional Design Program is responsible for the development of distance continuing education courses and resources. We work with subject matter experts to outline the best presentation of content and instructional methods for online delivery. The Multimedia team specializes in graphic design, audio and video production, and web site design. The PHTC Evaluation Program is responsible for developing and implementing evaluation plans for all PHTC programs. We perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, make recommendations based on findings, and contribute to the field through dissemination activities. The program is designed to measure progress towards the PHTC goals.
