Particular emphasis is placed on using the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naccho.org\/programs\/public-health-infrastructure\/performance-improvement\/community-health-assessment\/mapp\">(MAPP)<\/a><\/strong>model with the County Health Rankings and Roadmap.
