What is CEPPHP?

The Continuing Education Program in Public Health Practice (CEPPHP) is a non-academic credit, continuing education certificate program. It is based on the core public health competencies identified by the Council on Linkages

Who should take CEPPHP classes?

CEPPHP is intended for professionals (and future professionals) who would like to enhance their understanding of public health practice and build skills in key areas. 

Courses and Requirements

  • CEPPHP consists of a prerequisite course and five core courses.
  • Participants can take individual courses or complete all of them to earn a program certificate.
  • Courses are open to everyone. 

How is CEPPHP funded?

CEPPHP was developed by the SC Public Health Consortium with initial funding from The Duke Endowment
